Canada's competitive LGFA team for the 2026 World Games will be a truly all-country side with players coming from across the Land of Maple.
For amateur athletes, playing for the love of Gaelic games and committing out of a sense of patriotism, the dedication and determination being illustrated in regard to preparation has been second to none, from multi-hour commutes to training and tryouts to serving as ambassadors for the community and altruistic principles upon which our Association was founded.
Team Canada lost the World Games final in double over-time when the competition last took place in Ireland three years ago and the aim is to go one step further in 2026.
